Please pass over my thanks to your site manager and the lads who have fitted the new fire doors at St Clements Court, they have all been great, friendly and professional towards staff and our customers. As you can imagine the level of work involved could have impacted on our customers mental health however, this wasn’t the case as the job was manged well and with minimum disruption. There was never any mess and they cleaned up as they went, your site manager kept us well informed of the plans for each day.

Cubic FM have over the last two years worked on large multi-million pound projects for us both on price work and labour only.
Their quality is very good, their commitment to our requirement and our codes of practice is excellent and their management are accommodating and reasonable. I have no concerns referring to them for use by other building companies, in fact I would recommend them for all aspects of trades required within the industry as they are FIRAS, CHAS and CONSTRUCTION LINE accredited and have a multi-skilled workforce. We are currently discussing the decorating contract on a 219 room student accommodation development with them.
